Rather than focusing only on “activation,” this container emphasizes embodiment, nervous system safety, energetic clarity, and applied practice. Each week you will receive a powerful energetic activation followed immediately by guided partner and group practice so your gifts integrate naturally into your body, awareness, and confidence.

Approximately 90% of this program is experiential.

You will be practicing your gifts with one another every week.
