1. FORMAL SHOP POLICY: Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, special offers, and discount codes are valid only during the published promotional period and must be entered at checkout to be applied.
Discounts cannot be added after an order is placed, nor can they be applied to past purchases, future purchases, or combined with other offers.
To honor the integrity of my business and ensure fairness to all customers:
- All discount codes must be manually entered during checkout.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been completed.
- Orders placed prior to or after the promotional window are not eligible for the promotional rate.
- I am unable to cancel and reprocess orders for the purpose of applying a missed discount code.
- Promotions cannot be extended once the stated timeframe has ended.
I deeply value every purchase, and these boundaries help maintain a clear and consistent experience for everyone.
2. RETROACTIVE DISCOUNT FAQ – For Missed Codes & Past Purchases
Q: I forgot to enter the discount code at checkout. Can you refund the difference?
A: Thank you so much for reaching out. Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase, and I’m unable to adjust past orders once they have been completed. You are warmly invited to enjoy future promotions as they become available.
Q: Your promotion was active yesterday, but I didn’t use the code. Can I still get the discount?
A: All promotions are available only within the stated timeframe and only when the code is applied during checkout. I’m not able to retroactively apply discounts or modify orders after they’ve been processed.
Q: If I buy something else, can you refund the discount on my previous order?
A: I deeply appreciate your enthusiasm for the pieces. To keep everything fair and consistent, discounts apply only to new purchases made with the working promo code. They cannot be retroactively applied to prior orders, regardless of future purchases.
Q: The code didn’t work / I didn’t see the code / I forgot the code — can you make an exception?
A: I completely understand how easy it is to miss a code. Because I offer promotions to the entire community, I need to honor the same terms for everyone. Discount codes must be applied during checkout, and I’m unable to adjust orders afterward.
Q: Can you cancel my order so I can reorder with the discount?
A: Once an order has been placed, I’m unable to cancel or reprocess it for the purpose of applying a discount code. You’re welcome to use any active promotions on new purchases.
Q: Will there be more promotions in the future?
A: Yes! I release special offerings and promotions throughout the year, and I would love for you to enjoy those when they arrive.

Order & Shipping Information
Once your order is placed, it will typically ship within 3–5 business days. We strive to provide excellent service and make multiple post office runs weekly to ensure your order gets to you promptly.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
All international orders ship via First Class International by default. Please note:
- This option does not include tracking or insurance.
- If you’d like shipping that includes tracking and insurance, please upgrade to the Priority Shipping option in the shop.
To qualify for Priority Shipping, your order must fit into a Small Priority Box. If it doesn’t, we’ll reach out via email to discuss alternative options.
Typical delivery time for both First Class International and Priority International is 6–14 business days, depending on customs and local delivery systems.

Payments & Policies
- Phone payments are not accepted. All purchases must be made directly through the website. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
- Please purchase with intention:
Andaras are not just objects—they are energetically unique. Each person’s experience is different, and your connection matters more than appearance or written descriptions.
A true monatomic Andara can be felt through a photo or video. If you don’t feel that connection, it’s best not to purchase.
Important Notes About Andaras
- Raw and natural: Andaras are in their natural form—not tumbled or polished. They can have sharp edges. If needed, use fine sandpaper to soften them.
- Color-shifting: Andaras can change color over time. Photos on the site are taken in natural light with no filters or editing, but you may see new colors appear in person or over time.
- If your piece looks different later—it hasn’t changed randomly. That’s part of the Andara’s nature.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
