Order & Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, it will typically ship within 3–5 business days. We strive to provide excellent service and make multiple post office runs weekly to ensure your order gets to you promptly.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

All international orders ship via First Class International by default. Please note:

  • This option does not include tracking or insurance.
  • If you’d like shipping that includes tracking and insurance, please upgrade to the Priority Shipping option in the shop.

To qualify for Priority Shipping, your order must fit into a Small Priority Box. If it doesn’t, we’ll reach out via email to discuss alternative options.

Typical delivery time for both First Class International and Priority International is 6–14 business days, depending on customs and local delivery systems.

  • Phone payments are not accepted. All purchases must be made directly through the website. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Andaras are not just objects—they are energetically unique. Each person’s experience is different, and your connection matters more than appearance or written descriptions.

A true monatomic Andara can be felt through a photo or video. If you don’t feel that connection, it’s best not to purchase.

 


Important Notes About Andaras

  • Raw and natural: Andaras are in their natural form—not tumbled or polished. They can have sharp edges. If needed, use fine sandpaper to soften them.
  • Color-shifting: Andaras can change color over time. Photos on the site are taken in natural light with no filters or editing, but you may see new colors appear in person or over time.
  • If your piece looks different later—it hasn’t changed randomly. That’s part of the Andara’s nature.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
